As a busy professional with a young family, I fully understand the time constraints that many of my clients and colleagues are facing. I make the most of my time by taking advantage of technology to turn commute time and waiting time into productive time!
If you haven’t already, consider subscribing to Audibles for audio entertainment, information, and educational programming. Access digital audiobooks, radio and TV programs, and audio versions of magazines and newspapers. I have discovered that I actually like to have as many as four books in my playlist at one time, this nonlinear approach works well for me, helping me to correlate pieces of information.

In reconnecting with several earlier books by Gary Zukav, I am reminded of using ‘the gift’ within and around me to apply to ‘the work’. In my play list now is his book called “Spiritual Partnership – the journey to authentic power”. The work refers to my practice as a coach and lessons to be learned in life.
